Shenzhen Riqiya Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. held a fire drill on November 25, 2016
Purpose of exercise:
*Practice propaganda of “four abilities, two meetings”fire knowledge to all employees.
*Improve employees’ use of fire fighting equipment Methods and skills to fight the initial fire.
*Inspect the operation of the company’s fire-fighting pipeline and the operation of the company’s emergency plan.
*Inspect the methods and skills of self-rescue by employees, and strengthen the training of the actual combat ability of the voluntary firefighting team.
Exercise plan:
1 The company notified all employees of the fire in the second floor workshop of Building B through broadcasting, and evacuated employees' voluntary firefighters through broadcasting to enter the fire position urgently to extinguish the initial fire.
2 All employees were evacuated urgently, concentrated in designated areas, and counted to prevent employees from being trapped in the fire.
The employees on the 2nd floor of the 3rd Manufacturing Division 2 were safely evacuated to the square via the fire-fighting ladder from the north side of Building B.
4 Volunteer fire brigade fire-fighting team members explained the use of fire extinguishers and fire hoses to all participating employees.
5 Volunteer firefighters lead employees to try out the fire extinguishing belt in a competitive form.
6 employees simulate escaping in the fire field to exercise their escape and self-rescue skills.
7 Front-line employees practice using fire extinguishers and learn the skills to extinguish initial fires.
Exercise content:
1. A “fire” appeared on the second floor of Building B. The fire fighting team rushed to the scene and quickly deployed fire hoses and fire extinguishers to extinguish the initial fire.
2.“fire” appeared on the second floor, and the on-site employees used the fire escape ladder to evacuate quickly and safely. 
3. Volunteer firefighters explain the use methods and skills of fire hoses to on-site employees.
4. Under the guidance of firefighters, employees actively practice using fire hoses. Fire hoses are essential equipment for initial fire suppression.
5. Firefighters explain the use of fire extinguishers and precautions.
6. On-site employees listen carefully, and only if each employee is proficient in the use of common fire extinguishers, can it be guaranteed to extinguish any initial fire that may occur.
7. The front-line employees picked up the fire extinguisher and sprayed it towards the fire point, and the fire was reduced instantly. They are already proficient in quickly extinguishing the initial fire.
Many employees at the scene have participated in many exercises. The company’s firefighters lead workshop employees and old employees lead new ones. Everyone keeps learning from each other. Mastered the initial fire fighting and safe evacuation skills.
